It is time for France and NATO to take a stand in Ukraine, to secure its common borders with Poland or Belarus and to guarantee the security of Ukrainian airspace. Initiatives such as MILITARY TWINNING, for example of Paris with Odessa or New York with Kyiv, would ensure aerial protection of these cities against Russian terrorist attacks which have become commonplace for more than 2 years.

Each Ukrainian city could thus benefit from the LOCAL PROTECTION of one of the NATO countries to very quickly and effectively strengthen its security with THE HELP OF THE MILITARY RESOURCES of the PROTECTIVE countries and no need to declare war on RAZ-PUTIN.
